360 Fitness is a group training program that is a fusion of the best training in the industry with the best trainers in the industry! Our sessions are 1 hour in length and include kettlebells, suspension training, powerplate training, functional training, core conditioning and much more.
These sessions are for every level of fitness enthusiast. From beginner to advanced, the moves are all progression-based and are adjusted according to each client. 360 Fitness workouts are fun and challenging and will get you great results FAST! In 12 weeks, many clients have lost over 20 lbs and 10 percent body fat!
The 360 Fitness Monthly Membership Includes:
- Initial measurements and body composition testing every 6 weeks to keep you accountable.
- Fitzmaurice Performance “Tools for Success” manual that educates you on topics such as goal setting, nutrition, and stretching exercises for recovery.
- Limitless motivation and support during workouts from your professional trainer!

- Monday: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12 p.m.
- Tuesday: 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m.
- Wednesday: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12 p.m.
- Thursday: 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m.
- Friday: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m., 9 a.m.
