Brian travels to Arizona to consult with the Arizona Scorpions of the new International Fight League (IFL).

The Arizona Scorpions are preparing for their first season in the new International Fight League (IFL), under the coaching expertise of MMA legend, Don Frye. The IFL is the first team based Pro MMA league in the world, with a total of 12 teams. The start to the Scorpions action packed season will begin February 2^nd, which will be televised on Fox Sports Network (FSN). For more information, visit the official IFL site at www.ifl.tv

Brian traveled to Arizona to coach the Scorpions on specific training, sports nutrition and regeneration methods to address the particularly rigorous physical demands of the MMA athlete.
