Brian Fitzmaurice, CSCS, *D, Co-Founder/Co-Owner, Director of 360 Athlete, is a strength, speed and conditioning coach, personal trainer and performance specialist. As a highly sought out expert, he draws upon an extensive and diverse experience training and consulting clients ranging from elite athletes in the NCAA, NFL, UFC, MiLB and the IFL to corporate executives. With a passion for developing youth athletes, numerous athletes under his direction have received the highest rankings by Rivals, ESPN, Scout, and Sports Illustrated and were recruited by top universities and programs across the country. Recently, two athletes he began training in high school, Mike McNeill and Quentin Davie were both signed by teams in the NFL (McNeill: Indianapolis Colts, Davie: Detroit Lions) Brian has been featured in Fox News Morning Show, NBC-KSDK St.Louis News Channel 5, The St.Louis Post Dispatch, Ladue News, West News, St.Louis Business Journal and many others media sources. With a dedication to excellence, Brian is committed to leading others to reach their potential in sport and life. As a devout life-long student, Brian continues to research and study the latest findings in the areas of training, nutrition, supplementation, regeneration, mental performance, preventative health and longevity. Brian received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri-St.Louis with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Nutrition and is recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified with distinction. Shawn Fitzmaurice, NSCA-CPT, *D, Co-Founder/Co-Owner, Director of 360 Fitness, Over the past two decades, Shawn has applied his in-depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of athletic and human performance. Through developing and integrating successful training regimens for clientele, he has witnessed some mind blowing improvements and transformations. Shawn says “Our goal is to see that you reach your full physical potential, no matter where you’re starting point is, give your best and you will become your best.” Shawn is a professional member and is Certified with Distinction(*D) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine.  Shawn has been featured on KSDK Newschannel 5, KTVI Fox 2,  in The St. Louis Business Journal, St. Louis Post Dispatch,  and has contributed to numerous health, fitness and performance articles.  For distance coaching, consulting or presentations please use the "contact us" form to contact Shawn.       





 

 

Amy Fitzmaurice, BA, CPT Amy has over ten years of experience in the human performance field designing and implementing individual and group strength and conditioning programs. Amy's training and programming reflects her extensive knowledge in advanced strength training principles, sports nutrition and human metabolism. As a successful competitive bodybuilder and busy mother, Amy inspires and motivates every client that she consults. Amy's personal accomplishments include winning the 2003 Caveman Classic Bodybuilding Championship and the 2004 Missouri State Bodybuilding Championship Overall "Ms. Missouri title.




 

Lisa Johnson, BA, CPT has a degree in Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Athletic Training.   Lisa has numerous years of experience in the pre/post surgical rehabilitation of the spine, joints, and extremities, as well as in depth knowledge of neuromuscular conditions.  She has extensive experience working with collegiate and professional athletes in MLB, NHL, NFL and the USA Olympic Team.  Lisa focuses on the entire body by offering muscle work therapy and flexibility enhancement for deep tissue problems, trigger points and for athletic performance enhancement.  




 

Ben O’Day, Performance Coach is an integral part of the 360 Athlete program at FP. He has been coaching and performing volleyball specific conditioning for the past 11 years. He has coached teams from U14 through U18 and has coached multiple teams that have qualified for the National Tournament. Ben played 4 years of Varsity Volleyball at Lafayette High School and in College at Columbia College.  He continues to play USAV for a total of 20 years playing experience. He is a two time National Champion and was named MVP of the National Tournament. His titles include:  Director of Volleyball Operations and College Recruiting Coordinator for the Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club, as well as East central College Conditioning coach for the Girls Volleyball and Boys Soccer programs. Many former players have gone on to play in college at various levels. Every player on his 2008, 2009 U18 Girl’s team is either playing in college or received offers to play in college. He is passionate about working with all athletes to improve their performance and conditioning so that they can compete at their highest level possible. Ben is Impact Certified, a member of the AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches Association), and on the Board of Directors for the Gateway Region.




   
Lila Turner, MS An accomplished jazz, modern, and ballroom instructor, Lila discovered Pilates as a natural adjunct to her life-long study of movement. This deep interest in movement has helped her to complete her B.A. in Dance Education, Polestar Pilates Studio certification, and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology/Sports Medicine. Lila has been the Director of Dance and Pilates at numerous studios and has endeared herself to students throughout the country. Lila is excited to join Fitzmaurice Performance where she can share her love of movement. Lila calls St. Louis home although she is originally from Utah and California. In addition to teaching, Lila and her husband travel the world as competitive Ballroom Dancers.



   

Nicole Long, is a Stott certified level one reformer instructor. She is also a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is currently studying gyrotonics level one and gyrokinesis. Nicole is an avid cyclist and runner, having competed in over 15 marathons including 3 Boston marathons and a trail ultra 50k. After rehabilitating a significant injury, her passion to help others improve their own human function and movement only intensified. Her goal is to continuously expand her own knowledge and experience in Pilates and kinesiology while helping clientele improve and advance in the Pilates method.  Currently she races road and cyclocross as a category 4 racer for Mesa cycles racing team.  Nicole says "I'm fortunate to live what I love everyday.  I believe you can listen to and change your body; and live fully!"




   
Diane Palumbo-Kellett, BS, ATC-Diane has been working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages for almost 30 years. She began her career as a high school physical education teacher and coach. Over time she re-focused her interests to Sports Medicine and became a certified athletic trainer and professional member of the National Athletic Training Association. With a background in Sports medicine and a passion for getting clients in the best shape of their life, her well rounded approach breeds great success. She is a continuous motivator and brings out the best effort in the clientele at Fitzmaurice. As a busy mom herself, she understands the struggles of balancing it all, while staying in shape.  Diane states “As a mother, you have got to make yourself a top priority. Our 360 fitness group training is a great environment to train in with numerous times throughout the week to get in a great workout. I guarantee getting in better shape will give you the confidence and energy to make you a better spouse and mom.” She currently trains groups for the 360 Fitness program at Fitzmaurice Performance.
