Since we started in 2000, we have helped clients with a variety of goals such as recreational athletics/competitions, general health and fitness, weight loss/body transformation, post-rehab/special needs, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, mobility/flexibility and more. No matter your goals-we will help you get stronger, leaner and feeling your best with the right combination of exercise, mindset and healthy balanced nutrition.

During the consultation, we will talk to you about your background, experiences and learn more about your personal health and fitness goals. With this information in mind, we will guide you through our program options that may fit you best. Depending on your goals this may include personal training, small group personal training or FP group training.

 

Once you decide on the program that fits you best, we will take you through an assessment to learn more about your body and to create a baseline for progress. This assessment may include screening and testing for posture, flexibility and movement, strength, balance, endurance, body composition measurements and more.

 

After your assessment it’s time to get started with your training program. From day 1 we will help you get on the right track. With a winning combination of the right mindset, proper exercise, and healthy eating you will quickly be on your way to looking and feeling your best. Getting the results you want is all about momentum. Once you get started you will gain momentum. This new found momentum will help you reset and form proper habits which will fuel your continual progress.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE: 

WOMENS: TUESDAY/THURSDAY 6-7 AM & 8-9 AM 

MENS: TUESDAY/THURSDAY 7-8 AM
