Sports Performance Coach/ Registered Dietitian

Jamie has extensive knowledge in dietetics and nutrition and has knowledge about what it takes to compete at the next level. Jamie completed her undergraduate studies at Bradley University in dietetics where she also played Division 1 volleyball for 4 years. Previously, she had been a Fitz athlete throughout most of her high school and college career. Through this, she gained the discipline, technique, and the passion of training and later a passion for nutrition. After graduating from undergrad at Bradley, Jamie completed a 9 month dietetic internship and partial graduate studies in Nutrition and Exercise Science through Southeast Missouri State University and became a Registered Dietitian in June 2019.

Along with nutrition Jamie continued immersing herself in the sports and fitness field by becoming a certified personal trainer through the AmericanCollege of Sports Medicine. Her passion has always lied in sports nutrition and overall nutrition counseling for all ages by working with clients one-on-one. Her favorite thing to see is a client who has become more confident in themselves and their abilities by crushing their goals.
