TEAM SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Team Training provides a great bonding and chemistry building experience. Throughout the session we have expertly designed sports performance training that integrates prehab, mobility, flexibility, speed, agility, plyometrics, and strength training.
Training Session Description:
We currently provide customized sports performance training programs for numerous teams, clubs and organizations across the St. Louis Metro area. Our services include: strength & conditioning program design, on-site team sports performance training or sports performance training at our facility. Each training session integrates training methods to improve mobility, flexibility, speed (linear and change of direction), agility/foot quickness, strength and muscle building, power (vertical jump and explosion), endurance and body composition.
This session creates an atmosphere for your team or club geared to making your athletes faster, stronger, and become more dynamic athletes. Your athletes will perform drills and exercises geared to make then compete with each other to maximize athletic performance.
