A common issue we see with a lot of the athletes we train is poor nutritional habits. Proper nutrition is critical for an athletes energy, growth, development, performance and recovery. The foods an athlete eats on a daily basis has a dramatic impact on an athletes ability to perform their best on the field and court. Our Sports Nutrition Coaching educates athletes how to fuel their body properly to build and repair muscle, maintain maximal energy during competition and recovery faster. Topics regarding macronutrients, nutrient selection, nutrient timing, proper hydration, the performance plate and game time fueling are covered during our sports nutrition coaching sessions. Individualized meal plans are also available and are developed according to the goals and dietary needs of each athlete.
