Since an athlete’s mindset will determine their level of success in sport we offer Mindset Coaching to help athletes to become their best on and off the field and court. We see many different issues with athletes we train such as low confidence or esteem, unclear goals or direction, lack of focus or concentration, performance anxiety, negative mindset and more. Our mindset coaching teaches athletes the sports psychology principles and mental training techniques used by the top pros to set goals, create a vision, increase confidence, focus, and motivation and improve overall performance. Each new Fitz Athlete receives an introduction Mental Training Session. Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed. Our Mindset Training Sessions are led by Team Fitz Alum Sarah Tolentin (Masters in Sports Psychology).
